Ventilation question - again!

Hey guys

Got some of my equipment in the mail yesterday. Unfortunately, my 265 CFM fan has a 4" fitting on it. My reflector and scrubber both have 6" fittings.

For me to get a 6" fan, the smallest size I can find (affordably, that is) is 400 CFM.

My tent is 32" x 32" x 63". Is the 400 CFM going to be TOO much action? (Is there such a thing?)

I've read on here about fan controllers (to kind of throttle back the speed of the fan), but I know nothing about them. .. Anyone?

(Or, I suppose an alternative question is, .. given that I'm only working with about 45 cubic feet, is it an issue that I'll be tapering the ducting from 6" down to 4"? At 265 CFM...)

If you find that the fan is sucking too hard and sucking your tent in you can always put a board or something half over the exhaust port. Yes too much suction can suck your tent in.
