Ventilation equipment for large indoor room

Hello, I run a 50 light indoor room that was initially designed as a sealed room. For a number of reasons, we are making the switch to a ventilated room. I have been doing research, and talking to my hvac guy, but we haven't found a system that checks all the boxes. The room is roughly 45x45x14 high. 50/1000watt lights. I am trying to achieve 20k'ish cfm per minute. Hoping to find something that doesn't let light in, even while in operation, and also need some minor air filtration for bugs/spores. Any info about this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Is there a reason why you don't run a closed room with four 5 ton AC units? I am a licensed HVAC guy in Vancouver, Canada.

Yeah there is. We're already set up with a45 ton surna system (a whole other thread). Ultimately I want to be able to run closed or ventilated. Do you have any input about ventilation?

All I can say is a 2kw meter wide axial duct fan is about that capacity.

There are too many variables. However, get another man in. It's no big deal to design such a system.
