Vented hood & scrubber with splitter

I am currently running it just the same way as below without the splitter & scrubber/fan combo but bloom is just around the corner and I need to add in some carbon. Is this reasonable, why or why not?

I'll probably rig up some PC fans to help with the passive intake.

how cool is your room? you may be better off closeing off the fresh air side and just suck from the room and out the lights, ive got a feeling if you set it up that way the air will take the quickest patch out and that would be through the fresh air side, i dont think it would push enough air through the hoods to keep them cool.
