Please guys do help me out ere. Alot of talkin and not to mention money gone into these badboys lol. As If stated before its also my 1st grow. Cheers

How large is your box?Sounds like your having bad humidity problems if the box is getting "wet"!You dont want that when you flower, the only way I know to really dehumidify a room is with a dehumidifier, and they're expensive. There are dessicant type things you may be able to put in there to take up som,e of the moisture but I don't really know how effective that would be.

I would take it off it probably would help, the next best thing to actually removing the moisture with a dehumidifier or dessecant is just to have as much airflow as possible, fans on all sides if possible.I use 3 wall mount airking 18 inch oscillators in my 8 by 8 room, maybe you can hook something up like that with a few small oscillating fans. You never did mention the size of you box?I really never could understand except for the reflective nature of a box why anyone would want to grow in a small enclosure.I think I'd be better off just growing them in the middle of a room than a small reflective enclosure but with all these c-4 to 4000000 cabinets I see there is defiantely something I'm missing and not understanding too well.

You need to get the tinfoil off the walls. This can create hotspots and burn the plants. You also need to tell us the size of the cab so we can give you advice.

I wouldnt replace it with anything,or maybe white construction paper its just not that important really.Thats 4 1/2 ft. sq, should be plenty of room for fans, actually plenty of room for a dehumidifier but I dont know how much room you have and they are expensive.EDIT Flat white paint is really the thing to use.I was thinking smaller when I said construction paper lol

It seems to me that your problem lies in a lack of air exchange. From what I can tell, you are just moving (the already humid) grow-box air around with little (if any) fresh air coming in from outside the cab. Get yourself a $10 120mm PC fan and cut yourself some holes (2:1 intake to exhaust). Of course, these things are obviously better planned prior to making the flip to 12/12  . Good luck...oh yea, and as JJ said, get rid of the foil.

Just my $.02

howdy

first off if you use foil on the walls make sure to use the dull side face'n the plants.
but to be honest the better way to go is to use a brite white flat paint with added titanium oxide it's a whitener and a fungus inhibitor, the person at the paint deptment can add it.

i think if you put some holes in the box to draw in freash air if not there already. one intake and one exhaust, with a filter on the exhaust end to cover smell.

also do you have a humidistat just woundering how moist the house is, and recommend a dehumidifier that fits the size of your house your plants and your lungs will thank you.

I would go to a homedepot or lowes and by a bathroom exhaust fan. They are 70 cfm and would do a good job exhasting things.

Right guys got all my stuff sorted, Have all the wire and 3 fans, My grow box is in a shed . . . .

Now Im thinkin, 2 fans sucking fresh air from outside my shed into my grow box and then 1 fan as an exhaust suckin the air out of my grow box back outside the shed ? What kinda times should I leave fans running ? Also will I run them all at the same time ? Thanks again for help, Looking forward to your replys

To run them all at the same time if you dont have the receptacle room you can use a 3 to 1 adaptor which is simple a plug with 3 receptacles so you can plug it into the wall and plug three things into it,like a strip only different. You cant just do all sucking, god that sounded wrong but you know what I mean, you have to use a fan or two to blow a little, there I go again lol!Its something you're just going to have to mess around with until you get the results you want.Anoscillating fan blowing on the plants is a must.
