Vegging Indoors Till late August ?

The weather has been terrible, little seedlings are sitting around constantly rain soaked with very little sun. There getting hammered by bugs and slugs. So,,

Been getting way faster growth vegging indoors under lights, wondering if the poor weather continues what would happen if I vegged inside and put out a bunch of 2 -3 foot plants on 24 hr light cycle in late August ?

I assume they will quickly go into stretch and finish about 2 months later in late October early November ?

The colder months would be better also since budrot is much less agressive in colder weather.

Any input is much appreciated
