Veg height to yield ratio

I want to see peoples numbers relating to veg height to yield. I currently get 32"-36" plants that are topped once at 6" and veg'ed to 14". Pulling 2-2.5oz per plant that are space 16" on center. 9 plants per 1k.

I would like to do 4 plants per 1000w but cant figure out how high to veg. I have a lot riding on this and don't have time to pump out 3 crops to get the sweet spot.

Lets hear and see veg height to yield ratios with plant space requirements.

I am veging in 1/2gal pots then transplant into 3gal then flip right away. I've found veging in the 3gal pots for an extra week bumps up yield a bit, meaning each plant is closer to 2.5oz each. Instead of ranging 2-2.5oz each. Not worth the extra hassle of setting up a huge area to veg in 3gal pots an extra week to me.
