Veg and Flwr tents

So I've got a question. I'm going indoors for the fall/winter season. And I've decided to use tents. My ceiling is only seven feet tall so I'm going with two 3x3x6. I'd like to use these tents for flower in a perpetual grow style. Can anyone recommend a veg set up for my flowering 3x3's?

Vegging if keeping like a SOG style doesn't need much light. Maybe 200-400w of light. But if wanting perpetual, you may want to add a clone area.

So maybe

Clone area(1wk light light) -> Veg Area(1wk full light MH) -> Flower Area(8-10wk full light HPS)

but if using LEDs adjust accordingly etc
