Veg and Flower space?

I'm going to be working with an indoor setup that is roughly 10x12. I am a compliant OMMP patient. I point that out since I will be sticking to my limit of 6 medical, and 4 recreational.

In a dream world, I would love to have a veg, flower, and room to keep mothers. I can literally organize that space anyway I see fit, but not sure the space even is sufficient for a separate veg and flower room.

I am in the infant stages of getting this going. I am a believer in taking time and doing the initial setup correctly, and maximizing the space I have. As a lot of you know, space is quite the commodity in Portland...

Any thoughts, feedback and experience with spaces this size would be greatly appreciated.

That space should be plenty big to create a veg and flower room. If it were me, I'd probably split the room up into a 10x7 flower room and then use the remaining 10x5 space to make your veg and mother room(s).
Or you could make the space longer and narrower - 12x5 for flower and the remaining 12x5 for veg/mothers.

How did you plan on flowering the plants (soil, hydro? how big do you want the plants, what size pots etc)? And how many lights were you thinking for flower?

Most lights/hoods cover roughly a 4x4 to 4x5 foot area.
