Various Trichome Shapes

I am sorry Gentlemen, if I am being such a pain in the forum here. I am so new to this and having so much fun. I bought that microscope thingy at Radio Shack and have been really looking at the trichomes. I look and look at those things. I have seen so many shapes of trichomes it is sort of funny. Some look like erect penis, some look like mushrooms, some are just long sausage shapes. Is that because I am growing a hybrid and that is a one of the variables? I need a real scope though, this thing is a toy. I have a hard time my first time doing this deciding what is clear and cloudy. I have tried laying a bud on white paper and everything, but at the highest magnification I cannot tell if the trichomes are clear or cloudy. I seen someone same amber. Is that what is meant by cloudy?

There are 5 or 6 different types of trichs I cant remember,many on the undersides of the leaves.The only trichromes that contain THC are capitate stalked trichromes,the mushroom shaped ones on the leaf surface.

I hear Ya randude! My poor eyeballs hurt from looking at all the different trichs. You look at one spot & they all look amber, another spot they are all clear! Hang in there Friend!
