Various attempts to stop problem with no success, need advice from the experts!

Hey guys -

So we had a bit of yellowing on our outdoor grow. We started to add a bit of Fox Farm Grow Big along with our other ferts (some Liquid Karma, Botanicare Pure Blend Pro, or Fox Farm Big Bloom).

Problem persisted so we continued to add hoping it would stop.

Well we checked on the plants tonite and problem still persist. I have tried to follow the checklist and I keep leading toward Nitrogen defficiency or Potassium (because of brown spots on leaves?) defficiency, but I really have no idea.

This is an outdoor grow so its hard to check everyday, but I try to water 1x a week.

Looks like nutrient burn, maybe thats why it won't stop when you add more? Not sure, but it'd be worth checking up on. I had similar to a plant of mine because it had all the nutrients it could take and needed a break!

Hope I helped, peace.

If there are lots of pine tree's around where you have them planted it could be that the soil is too acidic. Soil with pine needles is highly acidic. Just a suggestion - good luck!

to me it kind of looks like a nitrogen defficency. mainly because in the first and second picture the lower fan leafs are yellowing, wich is a good sign of nitrogen deficency.
if it is a nitrogen def you dont want to give it any high N ferts because since they started budding already they will get deformed bud growth. you could use worm castings 1-0-0 as a top dress or tea and it would give them some nitrogen but not enough to effect budding.

have you been giving them pureblend pro grow or bloom to fix it?

newest pictures (yesterday) http://www.icmag.com/ic/showpost.php?p=1237031&postcount=112

we have been using Pureblend Bloom and then to add more N we add Fox Farm Grow Big which is there veg fert.

i was kinda worried about giving em the veg ferts cause more N in flower isn't a good thing, so we try to give it less

so this week we giving it just plain water, next week its suppose to rain alot so were hoping we will get a good flush and it will fix it self.

if not were gonna have to add some N. It seems to be progressing upward, and the back lemon stinky is getting a little more yellow

its too hard to control since we only can get back like 2x a week ;(

throw some more ideas if you got!

I wouldn't be too worried, I mean, I wouldn't add too many nutes, it looks like they are budding up nicely. It's a challenge outdoors because we can't always control the soil the plants are in. Sometimes highly alkaline soil can't really be changed much in the landscape and causes some lockup in plants. Like a poster said, don't add Nitrogen in high numbers, it will **** up your plants both structurally and flavor wise. You could always put a healthy top dressing of some bloom Guano and some earthworm castings, maybe make a tea with some of that and a bit of molasses. That could kick start some microbes near the roots and help a bit, but remember, the best flavors are the original Cannabis terpenes, not all chemmy and nute tasting from adding shit while flowering....just my .02

They look thristy!

They look thristy!

Now that these plants are flowerin, their going ta need more water. When they go through their tanspiration phase they use alot a water, much more than in veg.The leaves yellowing from bottom up are sign of this. Also if yer afraid of addin too much N.,add some big bloom in at a heavy rate with the grow big ta keep them from retarding the flower process. In the early stages of flower this wont hurt a thing (taste wise). It's the way FF intended it ta be used anyway.Good luck! Btw I'm no expert,But I did stay at a Holiday Inn express last night.lol Take care...BC

don't sweat it-it could be a number of things-the most important is that they are doing nicely and are starting to pack on the weight for ya
BTW-it looks more like an N deficiancy than burn-burn is easy to tell by the stunted burned looking new growth
