Vaportronic 120 day refills

Only last 60 days in an 8 by 8 room,I'm about to replace my second one on the first of the month.Every other month on the first is about the best I can get.It works well,but is going to cost twice what I figured.I start on 2 when its new and its on 10 today

Are you referring to the optimum 4000 or the vaportronic?

Oh ok, makes more sense now. Im a little surprised to hear your results with it. Every other grower I know who utilized the 4000 says that it lasts about 100 days at full potential with the last few weeks being good enough to filter the smell, only on a higher level. Myabe there is something defective with your unit, because the 4000 is designed for spaces larger than your area and Ive also never heard of anyone having to turn it all the way up before. I dont think that Ive ever turned mine up past 4 or 5 and it lasts very close to either the 60 or 120 days.

Id say to contact vaportek and tell them the situation and ask if this is somewhat normal or an anomolie. Maybe they will replace it or give you some advice on how to use it more efficently. Either way, best of luck, I hope that you figure it out.

It's just a can type cartridge,I use classic neutral but there are others.Anyone else experiencing 60 day cycles with the 120 day carts?My room is small man,8 by 8 if anything I expected it to last longer than 120 days.I hope there's nothing wrong with this flippin thing,I like it mucho so far,beats the hell out of a hydrofarm ionizer for 140 bucks.

i leave mine on 5 at all times.
i have neutral as well.
i don't think i have the 120 day, i think mine are 90 day.
cartridge went in on 1/29 for the first time.
we'll see how long it lasts.

I hope that yours is not defective but what your describing does not sound right at all. These things are made to take on much biggter areas than you have while still lasting 120 or 90 days. If it is defective though, I have heard that vaportek has great customer service and return/warranty policy. Best of luck

I'm wondering more if the carts I'm getting are used like rezdog warned,the machine seems to be working as I turn it up you can tell the increase
