Vaping CBD rich strains ??

A local farmer of flower hemp gave me a sample PRJ which I proceeded to take apart and scope. smelled great, still has some trichromes despite the trim. Did a bag at 300* and the flower tasted nice with a nice soothing feel afterwards.
I want to get some but he machine trimmed it and wants way too much @ $400/pack. $10/gr on kief. Funny when I offer to swap some fresh off the mountain goodness, he starts talking like that ain't worth squat. Local pipe store is selling hemp flower at $290/zip, so I suppose that is where he got the idea.
I think mixing the squeezins from both to get a CBD/THC mix with full spectrum would be sweet. Now if I can only get those squeezins to not be so darn sticky gooey. May be a temp issue.
