Van Island Bud.. Lot's of OG island strain's...

Iv'e got a ton of picture's and report's of some of the great mj and hash that find's it's way to me.

I usually use a clean glass bong aswell as a volcano to truly appreciate the taste and how the mj burn's etc..

I'll start with a classic.

White Rhino - organic soil grown. Sorry no closeup

Great bag appeal- Lot's of light green and almost gold. lot's of red hair's and it's fairly dense. My only complain is that it is quite dry and is a bit messy when busted.

Smell- Dank is the only way to describe the smell. It's not a very stinky weed but I smell the 'ghani in it for sure.

Taste- Earthy,sweet, a bit of kush in it aswell. hard to describe. Not extremely tasty but defientely not negative at all.

High- Very very heavy hitter. Totally couchlock, watching TV pot. There is a bit of a trippy headspace with it. Not very talkative. Good for rainy day's. Motivation killer to the fullest. Although it is extremely couchlock I don't feel sleepy after smoking it, great for taking it easy.

Overall I give it a 7.5.. The grower is a cool guy and give's his plant's love. They were grown organically and the bud's burn perfectly. Good quality pot but not what I look for in a high.



Next up is my friends Skunk grown out from a pack of seed's from the 90's purchased from emery before shit went down. They were grown with chemical fertillizer but were flushed quite well.

Bag appeal- It's decent for homegrown. It's very dense and has a nice dark green colour. Pretty good trimming job aswell. No complaint's, wouldn't be upset to get this in a bag.

Smell- Herbal,sweet, and a bit skunky. I was suprised at the lack of a putrid skunky smell.

Taste- Extremely sweet. After a bong rip your entire mouth is sweet. Never had anything like it before. No taste just sweet!

High- Uplifting, yet devastating. After a couple bong rip's I felt like I was in a wind tunnel. I smoke alot and this pot is one of the few that has actually scared me. This stuff is motivational and I feel like doing stuff when I smoke it but then I stand up and get wobbly and need to chill out. Great mix of indica and sativa quality's. Would love to grow this stuff.

Thank's for the positivity. Im quite stoned from some nice Kush I have been smoking so bear with me. Im not even gonna touch on beaster's kid.

Here is some of the Kush I have been smoking. It is hydro, not sure if it's organic or just well flushed.

Bag appeal- Very good. The bud's are a nice dark green. Very dense. Made up of cluster's of calyx's. Suprisingly few visible trichome's. Lot's of dark red hair's.

Smell- Smell's like a freshly poured dark coffee, also is lemony but in a chemically pinesol kinda way. The smell is very strong. Will be very noticeable unless it's in a jar.

Taste- Taste is along the same line's as the smell but is dominantly lemony. Linger's in the mouth for awhile after smoking. It make's my mouth taste sour aswell...weird.

High- Interesting. Not what I would expect for a kush, much more heady. Lot's of wandering thought's. Probably not to great for getting you to sleep. My body is quite relaxed though. Definetely an appetite stimulant.

Overall- 7.5 Very strong High and very stinky bud's. The taste is good but is pretty strong and make's my mouth taste really sour. Definetely not what I would expect from a Kush. They are normally relaxing, this pot could cause anxiety. This bud has a chemical sour taste that is really powerful, I think alot of people who are into diesel's might like it. The taste isn't for me.

Here's some bubble hash I made from pineberry trim and some of the bud from my kush plant's I harvested.

It was good, I find almost all the bubble I make to taste the same and smoke about the same (Depending on if Iam using bottom's or bud's or trim, usually a mix). I think the plant matter that is filtered out by the bubble bag process contain's alot of the pot's good quality's.

here's some more bubble. Most of this batch turned out full melt and was amazing to look at closeup. This stuff was really good and spicy tasting. Batch was split in half with a friend, I ran out after a few day's but another friend ended up buying some hash off a random dude, turned out it was the same stuff I made. It's a small world.

Here's a weird plant I grew. Got it as a clone. I just threw my plant's into flower when I was given it so I decided to chuck it in without any veg time. It took off and finnished before my other plant's even started filling out. Real 6 week strain.

Bag appeal- Decent. Looked like homegrown. Covered in orange hair's. Looked very caked in trichome's. Very frosted up. Very sticky and oily.

Smell- Mango's. Smell's like dryed mango's, has to be expierenced.

Taste- Taste's like it smell's. When you inhale the smoke it taste's like dried mango. Not to overpowering but very noticeable. Taste linger's. The first thing everyone say's when smoking this is how it taste's like mango.

High- Kind of a creeper high. You don't get smacked in the face by it. Steady mellow and quite relaxing aswell. I picked it with very little amber.. but it was definetely an indica and it was quite evident. Well balanced but it lacked much punch. This plant does have a wonderfull ceiling effect. You never get totally blitzed but you can puff on it all day without any noticeable burnout.

Overall 7- Taste was awesome. High was kind of lacking. It's cool to get weed that can keep a smile on your face all day without making you feel tired or burnt.

yeah theres some good gens goin around the island if u r in the loop.nice show bro.pineberry trim hash eh?makes decent hash even though it retains that "cat-piss"smell.that og rom looks kill!one of my faves.way pinier than pineberry,hehe.who's blue/burmese?visc or jordan?i grew jordans and they were so finicky,very low nute requirements.the smoke was flowery smelling and tasting,mild buzz.bet u r having fun with a stash of that perportion

Thought I would bump this. I did the blue burmese outdoor this year .. I am not sure who's blue burmese .. I got the clone from my fam and kept it around for awhile before growing it out. I agree with everything you said about it I grew it in coco and didn't feed it anything but abit of guano.

It smells like flowers and I was honestly totally dissapointed by the buds. On the plant it looked like it was going to be top notch but sativas picked slightly early never get me stoned.

don't have a picture at chop but it went well into october.

My expierence with VISC burmese is shitty as well. Last year I grew a guerilla patch of their burmese hybrids ( I didn't think they would finnish on time but I asked G from VISC what he offered that did well outdoors on the island and he sent me a few hybrids) I got some nice plants but they all looked totally different and didn't start flowering till sept lol
