uzbeka x tajikistan f3 grow thread

ok here goes ive strted a grow of my own cross auto uzbekastan x tajikistan the f1s and f2s showed wide variation hopefully the f3s will be more uniform






we will call today day 3 they where put into pots on sunday 8th / 8 /2010 im using only basic equiptment and fertilizers (biobizz bloom/grow) and small 3 ltr pots think there about 8 - 9 inches accros the top after i had a small harvest with 5 large plants last time around ive gone for numbers this time in small pots see if it improves my harvest

for this grow light is on 20 hours a day earlyer grows have been 24 hours just want to see if it makes much differance

light being used is a 400w hps

germination was great on the seeds they have been left in a tin for about six monthes so i thought germination would be crap popped 25 got 25 seedlings and got this strange seedling !




anyway heres a pic of them from yesterday in there new home !!!!

theres a few more to pot and a few spares (in case i get bad male /female ratio) when i get more soil ... im hoping for at least 16 females ive had a good fem rate on my last runs with these but we will see what happens !

no replys oh well thought it may have sparked alittle more interest .... id like to use fish tank water as a fert can it be mixed with fertilizer / tea ? or will it affect the nataural bacteria balance ????? the reason i ask i mixed some a few days ago and it now stinks like its rotting gone off ?? would you still use it on plants ?

hey govnaa no pics of the f1s or f2's cleaned out my computer when i finnished growing last year all i have is a few crappy cell pics in my profile of i think the f1's but i will keep this thread updated with any progess


there auto landrace genes from a spanish seed bank they only sell the uzbeki now they stopped doing the tajikistan for some reason

this is the only pic i have left here is an f1 at six weeks from seed she went about another 3-4 weeks peace ....

today is seven days since they cracked and came through soil and i potted them up so i will keep to my word and do a weekly update not much growth in the first week the first set of true leafs have formed and the second set is just just visable they will get there first feeding of veg ferts and kelp extact to get them on there way at about 14 days

the older plant in the middle is same strain just at about 20 days she showed sex at the forth node and shes a girl forth node is normal for this strain get a few last out untill 5th 6th they are normally allways females ! hopefully more to report next week !

you have lucky man your seed sprouted with 3 cotiledon and they grow like this also after you have three side not 2, special plant i'm happy for you maybe coming more fat and nice then other man, i'll be watching for sure tha progress bro!!
