Hi! Recently harvested my plant sadly I had to cut a lot of moldy parts….can I use them to make cannabutter or they just have to be thrown away? Thank you

In general if you don't think it is fit to smoke it isn't fit to eat either.
You need so little actual cannabis for edibles just use good bud.

Decarb 240 F for 40 minutes uncovered.
If using buds grind to dust next
5 grams Bud dust, Kief or Hash
1 tablespoon Coconut oil (twice as fast as butter to kick in) 45 minutes vs 2 full hours
1/2 teaspoon Lecithin. (strength enhancer)
Heat 220 F for 20 minutes
Freeze
Reheat
Done.

Strength of finished oil
Buds 1 drop = 1mg of THC
Kief-Hash 1 drop = 3mg

Single serve edible.
Take a pinky fingernail of Bud. 1/3rd of a gram. (50mg worth of THC)
Decarb, 240 F for 40 minutes
Grind to dust,
Mix with just enough cooking oil or butter to make paste,
Heat paste 220 F for 20 minutes
Cool
Cut into 4 pieces
Eat one
Wait 2 hours
If not stoned
Eat a 2nd piece
Wait 2 more hours
If not
Eat the rest.

I made this in a hotel room in NYC and nearly got arrested for public intoxication when I tripped over a cop coming out of the hotel I was so hammered.

1-12th of a gram is 12.5mg of THC
A fragment about the size of a half a rice grain or smaller.
