using males to cook with ?

I have a male sativa that is about 6 weeks old with no flowers but has started to develop the pollen sacks. it is a g13 haze cross. can I use leaves to make butter ? or is it to early not enough thc content ?

You might try looking at the leaves with a 30X microscope to see if it has trichomes.
