I may be using an AC unit to control Temps. It gets extremely Hot and Humid here.

As I understand an AC unit Can be used to control Humidity?
How Much Control will I have over the Humidity Running The AC in a sealed Enviorment?

I will have a form of ventilation from time to time by leaving the door open but not to often.

post your experience or opions and educated guesses, Thank in Advance.

when your ac runs the cooling effect also dehumidifies the air, problem is that your ac isn't gonna run all the time, so most people opt to run both and from the heat created as the dehumidifier does it's job and cooling and added dehumidification from the ac doing it's job you create a balance of both temp/humidity. now if you had enough lights to heat up your space and run your ac alot you could control it that way, your ac will suck a lot of juice, i haven't done this so don't know.

I run my window A.C 24/7 when flowering and I still need a 45 pint dehumidifier in a sealed room.
