Hey there.
Recently I have upgraded everything in my set up, and I wanted to go as far as Co2 however financial restraints have set in and I'm struggling. Currently with all my lights in air cooled shade, and a dehumidifier running constantly my temps sit at 26-29 degrees celcius (18 during lights off) and 40-55% humidity, perfect right? Kind of...
My issue is that because the temps are so perfect the exhaust fans never come on. The plants seem to grow ok, however I am concerned about diminished Co2 levels.
I have hunted around NZ and the cheapest Co2 sniffers start at roughly $1300 NZ (roughly $1050 US).
I see the C.A.P Air 4 is available at Amazon for $130 US now this is MUCH cheaper!
So I want to know, is it going to be OK to order one, and run it with a conversion plug on a New Zealand circuit? We have 240 volt outlets over here, which leads me to think it wont be ok? But then why would they sell conversion plugs if this was the case? And if it would work, would it last, or would the high voltage ennevitably destroy the fuses etc?
Excuse me for stupid questions but I dont know much about power/electricity.
