US Supplier of shorter cooltubes?

I'm looking for a suppler in the US that carrier cooltubes around 15" in length, like the ones that can be found here:

that one iis 5" diameter, 380mm (15 inches in length). however, the shipping from the uk to the us is something like 130 dollars. Does anyone know a supplier of these shorter cooltubes stateside?

Buy a regular cool tube here in the U.S. and then take it to a glass cutting shop....ask them to knock a few inches off.
