Update on science of geographic tracking of pot

In the marijuana project, Dr. West has found that cannabis plants grown in different regions of the country contain distinct signatures based on the isotopic composition of each region’s water.

I can think of at least 2 things wrong with this assumption. Once again, junk science by straight folks.... ironic isn't it?

yea i mean how many hydro growers use R/O water? i'd say quite a few, so basically their weed would be untraceable

Hahaha!!!! This is GREAT news!!! This is an indicator that ppl are going for the Federally Funded Research $$$....
IMO...this is an indication that the Feds know they have lost the war on drugs...and they are about to lose power to **** with States Laws--
So they are getting together with all their cronies...and figuring out ways to weasel the last few Billion $'s out of the System-- They know it is quickly becoming a mute point...

Gad this research is a waste of horse power!!

I say we should all PM each other & arrange to buy all our potting soil from the same manufacturer who's plant is located in some obscure part of the world. That'll keep leo on vacation & away from the rest of us normal folks.
