Unusual looking guest

F

Fred el Gato

Was out in the garage checking on some leftovers and noticed this guest, View attachment 123852
I've seen other "crab like" spiders but not this color or have markings like this one, I think it has what looks like a skull on its abdomen, don't know if you can enlarge enough to see it.
Anyone know what its called and if poisonious.
Thanks and Grow on,Fred

Well... hopefully you won't be calling me a 'guest' anytime soon... ;-)

 Oh that gave me the willies!! ...I noticed the 'skull' right away!...Super creeepy!!
...I thought you imposed some kind of logo, to guard against photo theft or something, until I read your entire post!
So, the snow spider, or flower spider, eh?...Another dangerous spider or 2, to keep watch for, great. lol. :hide:
I've seen lots of black widows around here, (almost typed white widow, lol), and we have brown recluse, too I believe...Oh, plus scorpions! :peek:
And I never remember to check my shoes.
But, I never kill spiders, I do sometimes try to "relocate" them though...I'm a big advocate of bug relocation...
Most spiders are ok by me, as long as they keep to them selves; they keep all the other bugs in check and away from the flowers!
It's the scary, big hairy, or creepy ones that really bother me. :fright:

Great pic, Fredrick el Gato! :good:
:yappy:
