UNSECURE CONNECTION notice when loggin into ICmag?

this has NEVER happened in the years i have been on this site...usually browse using mozilla...

today when logging in it sent me to some weird "unsecure connection" page warning me not to log into ICmag...

it had some of the following info in the prompts that popped up

"thawte primary root CA"

"Issued by Thawte DV SSL, CA"

had some random dates that it was "issued" and when it expires...and then i bunch of random codes and numbers...i tried to copy and paste and it wouldnt let me..


anyone have any idea WTF this is about?

ICmag has also been slow as shit lately...and even crashed last night when i was trying to send PMs....

how possible is it that this website being hacked or "sniffers" installed by LEO.....

the message said something about the adress on the cert being icmag.com but having problems because it was actually coming up www.icmag.com??

Yep, got this as well. Seems like an issue with SSL certificate for secure connection (https://)

I added it as an exception and everything is working fine. Maybe the SSL money is due?

just seemed weird because it had stuff pointing to "CA" which i assumed was california...where im located, but the forums are located in the UK....

so yes i was noid that maybe they hacked into it....its been a noid ass week all together this game is stressful as FUCK sometimes....

it seems to only happen when just typing in icmag dot com.....but if you put www in front it doesnt bring up the certificate..

If you're using a PC, next time hit "Prt Scrn" button (above your insert key) and then open up something like Paint or Photoshop and paste it in (ctrl+v) and then save the image as a jpg.
