Unread PM notification but no PM

Hi, like the title says i've a problem, in the last week i've ever a notification that says i've an unread PM, but when i go in the INBOX there aren't any unread private message...

Any suggest? I tried to see only the unread pm in the inbox, but nothing...

I had the same thing about a year ago, turned out there was blank message sitting there no title or dates, just an empty space. I deleted it and the message prompt went away

Those cannot be deleted
