Unlicensed person in Grow room, Whos at fault?

just asking because I have not read about anything pertaining to this question, I would assume it would maybe be anyone who entered the room, and the card holder.

I think that if you are in compliance you can have anyone other than a minor at your grow.

In the grow room, I believe only Card holders are allowed in the room while plants are in the dirt, but if the Card holder whacked them down, you can have NON card holders in the room to "Assist" in the trimming of medicine.

But, what if the grow was still in process of growing, who is at fault? I added a poll for fun. thanks!

Suppose it might depend on what the law states...here it is a locked room where only the cg and pat have legal access. After all, its ur garden so ud likely be held responsible for breaking the law... Thats what id expect here. Lol...wouldnt be surprised if the cops showed up and if i gave them an inspection/walk through, theyd prosecute me for man/dist wo medi protections cuz i let the cop/nonpat into my room and broke the law at that moment. Fucking das and judges... Some here might just try that shit. They try to deny medi protections at every opportunity,depending on locale
