Unknown problem requesting assistance!

Hello all, I am dealing with a problem that I don't know the remedy to. Please see attached photos- I was thinking PH, boron, or water deficiencies- however all of her sisters (about 12 or so) in a continuous raised bed, show no sign of this problem (except one). Problem seems to be a lot of yellowing leaves and effecting flower as seen.

Yellowing with spots could be manganese deficiency.

Can you give us more info?

Hey Tess, thanks for the heads up, only additional problem seems to be that it is affecting flower as well (more pics) do these help?

Feeding has been straigt forward, fish protein, Humic acid, seabird guano, kelp, and some parts of the plant remain unaffected as seen here
