uneven drip... pump too weak/cheap?

ok so my set up was a Via Aqua 315 GPH submersible pump seen here, http://www.discount-hydro.com/productdisp.php?pid=103&navid=8

connected to 1/2 inch blue vinyl tubing which connected to 1/2 black plastic poly tubing with an endcap. in the plastic poly i punch holes for 1/4 inch black poly tubing and connected 2 gph drippers to the end of those. Now the problem is that the drippers are not all dripping at the same rate... i even turned the pump up to the strongest setting. so do i need a stronger pump? i dont believe the pump is mag driven, could this be the problem? should i set up the drippers in a different way? thanks for your help

edit: is a closed loop system going to work better?

the 1/2 inch tubing (including the soft blue tubing and the black poly) is about 1 foot from the pump to the end cap so i can't make it any shorter than it already is...

Is it pressure or flow that is the uneven issue? If you pinch one off does it change the problem dripper? I do not work with them, so my questions might be off, my brain certainly is.
