Very nice pictures. Glad to see people are still growing on the islands after operation Green Harvest. You've got to love that haze.
Take care

some of the mangoes around nowdays are amazing dont ya reckin ,, we get some here that are the size of foot balls ,, real pretty looking colours , shame i dont lke them much ,, most of the tropical fruits are so sickly sweet ,,, used to eat the green mangoes when i was a kid in papua new guinea , they were great , crunchy like a green apple and nice and sour ....

fresh mangos complemented by some fresh buds. now if that dosen't make your mouth water i don't know what will. all you need now is some pappya(sp) with lime:).

The Colours of the Mango

The Colours of the Mango

ALOHA,

Some People say I grow good mangoes too,

But I can't take any credit other than stopping it from hitting the ground and bruising. Mother Nature does all the work.

Just cooked up a big batch of Thai Tapioca pearls and coconut milk to pour over some chilled slices of tree-ripened mango.

The hot/cool contrast with the perfect blend of flavours and textures makes for a treat that really takes a spot on the table.

See Ya

Aloha.
