Ultreflect, 4x4 room, 600w air-cool hood, too hot?

Lots of great info on this part of ICMag. All questions answered after a search, thanks. This one I need some opinions on though.

I have a 4x4 space with a 600 watt HPS in a 6" duct LuminAire hood. Cooled by a S&P 150.

Lots of air-flow, 12v fans at least 4 high air volume (40cfm)
to start flowering more toward harvest. Fresh-air inflow as well

I live in a warm area of the US, should I paint some flat white on my ultreflect (sunleaves wall covering)?

Will my growroom have hot spots being this small?

Have you bothered to do a dry run with that set up? You aren't giving us much but some dimensions and you forgot to add the height of the grow space. Do that dry run and get back to us ... Your answers are there ... We aren't.

A pic may help.

On the right are three home air filters, 20X25, two for first part of flowering, the third uncovered for late flowering. Fans will be mounted there. Room dimensions:4x4x5'4". Rubbermaid tubs for planters. Active air filter (12x24) to hood to S&P in-line.

Also a question: Has anyone had any experience with ultreflect having hot-spots in this close an environment?

Dry run is a good idea but do to scheduling any input will be greatly appreciated. After building this thing I start the clones, then it's time to mix soil. Any changes I make to the walls I'd like to make now before the light is instaled (while I have the room, also to let the paint dry) information before hand may save me some time, thanks.

Well you've got just a hair under Twice the rooms cubic footage in CFM from the 150 so I'd say you're going to be ok temp wise. I don't know much about that hood ... got a link? Does it have a built in light diffuser?

Peace out and thanks for the info.
Now I can concentrate on a formula for fire resistant flat whit paint.
Keep you posted on both projects, Grow room only about 1000 hours from completion (joke) I just keep seeing room for improvement, thank the good force for dry-wall screws rather than nails. Re-engineering is easier.
Bought most my stuff (hood included) from www.discount-hydro.com
