Ultimate Flo...

Here's some shots of my best purple Flo pheno to date - chopped today at 9 weeks exactly. Only 18 inches tall due to early flowering, the buds are a great size, and incredibly colorful. Even better, they smell of blackcurrant, liquorice and spicy herbs - amazing, basically. I seeded two buds with my two Flo males, so there's plenty of F2s from this one.

I took the photos in daylight/tungsten fill with two digital cameras again, Canon and Nikon, and again got totally different results. Both are wonderful in their own way (the Canon is a little more 'natural'), so here's the best shots from each - Canon first:

Here's a bud from her dumpy, grumpy little sister (indica-dom), who croaked ten days ago - she's much sweeter in death than she was alive. As you can see, I like my trichomes cloudy...:)

That's one of the most beautiful plants I have ever seen. Wow..Is that F-13 or did you get those from an old pack of FLO? If I was to marry a pot plant, that one would be it. Chunky but lanky enough.

Thanks folks - I've just been staring at the hanging plants and they still look amazing...:)

DarkGreen - it's original Flo - the Dutch Passion version. DJ Short's label wasn't available when I bought these, but I am very happy indeed with the pack I got - four great females and two great males. I'm tempted to get another pack of DJ's as well, just for comparison. I love this strain.

fjällhöga - I'm using the Canon EOS 300D (SLR) and the Nikon is an old compact digi with a rotating lens (no viewfinder) - the Coolpix 350. It's a weird little thing, but it has an amazing macro function that can focus at about 5cm away - it's amazing. The lens is a bit shitty around the edges on wide-angle, and there's some serious curvature, but I like it. The colors mainly come from the auto-White Balance that's applied in the macro mode, so I can't alter that, but...why would I when it looks this good...? :)

Hashassasin - there should be a soft drink of this flavour...;)
