U.S virgin Islands need help!!! St John

hi there crew!!!, i got a family member right now in st john in the u.s virgin islands, i heard its a little strict regarding the green policies in the caribbean can anybody give me a little stoner run down there? obviosly i told her to use her intuition, porters , waiters , people on the beach, other tourists smoking, but could do with some locale advice, if anybody can help please do!!!
