U.K Snowstorm and Delays in Seedbay and Seedboutique Orders

Hi Guys,

As some may have heard, there has been a huge snowstorm in the UK in recent days, and things here have more or less grinded to a halt throughout the country due to the weather. We just wanted to give you guys a quick heads up that there may be some delays in processing Boo and Bay orders as long as this weather keeps up. We're having quite a bit of difficulty just getting into the office as the roads are quite bad and everyting is more or less snowed in. We'd like to apologize to everyone if you happen to experience a delay in your orders, we're working as hard as we can to work through this. If anyone has any questions or concerns, please post in this thread for questions of a general nature, and questions of a specific nature related to your order please email me at [email protected] and I'll be happy to try and help sort out whatever issues I can. Please bear with us while we try and work through UK Snowgate 2010. Thank you all for your patience and understanding.

yikes ! just my luck I ordered my sour bubble beans off of the boo on monday, as long as they come by Christmas , I was hoping for Hanuka , but doesn't sound like its gonna happen......

They showed a picture from space of the British Isles and 95% of is covered in snow.
I gather the post has been delayed getting to you.
I sent my payment on Monday the 29th and it usually gets posted by you in 3days, so understandably this is due to the snowstorm.

I'll check again in a few days. Stay Safe people, falling on the ice hurts.

I just think the english are lame in general.

From what I saw (a veery long bus ride from London, unfortunately) it was max 10 cm snow and incredibly wet. I would've described it as a pathetic layer of sleet at most, but the english still can't deal with it. Sorry mate, but seeds can't wait.

yes, in all likely hood your order was delayed, especially depending on how you submitted the order and payment. if you printed off the mail order form and mailed in payment, then add a few days before we get the mail, another day or two before we process the order and then a few days before you receive your order... also factor in that this is the start of one of the busier times of the year, and we basically got our butts kicked in the office pretty hard with the snow storm. the guys are working super hard to play catch and keep up with the busy season demand. if you want some more information on your specific order, just send me an email ([email protected]) or pm with your pertanent order information details and i'll get back to you privately with an update. thanks.
