the rooms will be run on opposite schedules, so only 4000w will be on at a time. the ducting running between the rooms is 8" and has no bends.

do you think this will cool it?

thanks!

If it works you are going to have issues with night time temp variation and if using co2 you will have high co2 in the night room. you might be beter off using the bathroom as a lung room with temp/humidity controllers on the fans leading into each room. But I don't know try it and let us know

if its a true 24kbtuh window unit it will easily cool that heat load unless you have an outrageously high external heat gain. are these rooms on an exterior wall?

not both at the same time, but one of the rooms.

700 cfm is too small. id go for 1200 cfm... get a 2 or 3 ton modular air handler, slap a good media air cleaner on to it, then duct the supply to the two rooms, with the farthest being your terminal run out .... and jump duct back to the return.

size the jump ducts for like 150% of the registers flow. you wan the velocity through the jump ducts to be slower
