Greets!
I have for the second time in one month, germinated a seed that produced two plants.
Each with it's own set of feeder leaves. Both seeds are from different breeders purchased from different seed banks. Out of my last 12 grows from seed, I have ended up with six that had genetic challenges. One had two plants growing from the same seed and conjoined but died at the top as it grew into itself. I counted 23 separate nodes in two inches. One girl had a mysterious side shoot from the first tier that turned out to be another complete phenotype. All were germinated in a small glass of RO water and put into rockwool cubes once they popped. My water is drawn from a well that sits in an area surrounded by farms and is triple filtered before it gets to the RO system which has UV also. Any ideas? Freak luck? I have only been at this location for a couple of years now, but I am starting to worry. Anyone else run into this?
