Two fans on one day/night fan speed controller?

I have a Titan controls Mercury 4 climate controller that regulates fan speed to control temp.. My question is... Can i plug my intake and my outtake fans into it with a splitter and expect it to operate both without messing up the fans?

I don't see why it wouldn't work fine. Fans are pretty low amperage.
