Hey guys, I'm sure this gets asked a lot, and after looking through the guide, it looks like PH problems, but I'm not sure. I appreciate any help you guys will give me!

How long has this problem been going on? 1-2 weeks
What STRAIN are you growing? Bagseed
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) seed
What is the age of your plants? varies, oldest is around 5 weeks in flower, others are 2 weeks in flower
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? 1 month give or take
How Tall are the plants? oldest is LST, so around 6", young ones are untrained around 6" as well
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Flower
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) .5 gal for a micro grow
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) 60% scotts potting soil, 20% perlite, 10% vermiculite
What Nutrient's are you using? 1/4 strength 10-15-10 and 1 tsp per gal blackstrap molasses
How much of each nutrient are you using with how much water? above
How often are you feeding? every two days
If flowering, when did you switch over to using Bloom nutrients? I don't really have bloom nutes other than what I'm using
What order are you mixing your nutrients? (example: veg nutes 1st, bloom 2nd ect)
What is the TDS/EC/PPM of your nutrients used? Not sure
What is the pH of the "RUN-OFF"? How do I test?
What method of pH test was administered? Using Strips? pH pen?
How often are you watering? Every two days
When was your last feeding and how often are you feeding? Just flushed all plants
What size bulb are you using? 2 23 watt cfls and two 13 watt cfls
What is the distance to the canopy? 2" or so
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) 32%
What is the canopy temperature? 85 F
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range) day is 85 F, night is 74 F
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.) 80 CFM inline duct fan extracting air and a fan inside blowing on the canopy
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? Intake is double the size of the 4" fan, and exhaust is always running
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? Yes
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? No
Is your water HARD or SOFT? PH is a little high around 7.8
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? City water
Are you using water from a water softener? No
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? No
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? No
Are plant's infected with pest's? The occasional gnat here and there but that's it

Pics are from varying plants:

Actually I think no one answered because your form is less than helpful. Most of your answers are I don't know or never heard of it.....along that line.

You've burned them somehow but without proper info its harder to fix. This is a perfect example of why keeping tabs on your plants would certainly be a good idea and not taking a "oh i never check that stuff" type of stance is probably not going to help you very much and you may well lose the plant in the meantime as you try and figure out what the problem is. you need to check ph of water going in (you said 7.8 ....I'm ASSUMING you are adjusting it to correct level before watering) and checking your soil runoff. Both should be between 6.2-6.8. And if you are fertilizing...STOP. They're fairly burned already.

If ph is off then you'll need to flush or transplant to restore proper ph.

Good luck.

How to fix it? No real clue because I don't understand what you are doing anyway.......more or less........and without ppms, ph etc I'm just plain guessing. I don't think anyone else has answered because you don't seem that informed yourself.

I have to ask, which nute schedule are you following? There are quite a few known formulas that have been posted in the soil and organic sections.
(Personally I like General Hydroponics Floranova Grow and Bloom for both soil and hydro)

At first read through, I'd say you have a serious nute burn situation going on as well.

1. Flush them. (Run 3 gallons of water through it slowly..... make sure it's lukewarm RO water or goooood tap water)
2. Read around the forums for soil growers that get good results and have a published nutrition schedule/regimen etc.
3. Get those nutes they're using
4. Do what the method says to do as exactly as you can. (this is the hardest part for me. LOL)
5. Watch your plants flourish.

I like simple so I use the GH Floranova series, like I said, along with the Lucas formula for bloom. (look that one up too if you're going GH nutes)

Most important, it's best to stick to a formula that others have proven works in a situation that's most like your own.

Once you've gotten a few grows under your belt and aren't depending on the harvest, feel free to experiment with other nutrition.

Hope that helps..... I know it did for me!

Hey guys thanks for the info, I know my post wasn't the most informative. I'm really learning as I go here and reading as much as possible.

I went to the store and got an electronic soil ph tester only to find that my soil ph is about 8 which is way too high. The ph of my water was almost 8 as well, so that really explains my problems.

I flushed them last night, and I've prepared new soil mixtures with dolomitic lime added to stabilize the ph. I'm letting the new mix sit until tomorrow night so that I can check the ph levels and transplant my plants if the ph turns out to be correct.

So in summary, I've corrected the ph of my water by adding ph down. I've created a new batch of soil using a ph buffer to stabilize the ph. I've also corrected my intake problem by creating a new intake to get the daytime temps down to about 83-85F.

I know that I may come across as ignorant, which I am trying to correct, but do these steps seem like they will help? Thanks again both of you, your input was very helpful!
