Wow beautiful work filling out that trellis. Now to enjoy the show
Looking eally nice Tweak82, reminds me of my old scrog days.
having grow her outside twice, i think you might find the stretch a bit much.
Have you grown her before? She's an awesome smoke when fully curred.
It's not so much of the height issue but more to do with the density of the screen. It's many years now since i did my scrogs, but i did it for many years indoors in the UK and was pretty good at it by all accounts. I grew sat dom plants and for the last few years grow something called Old Timers Haze, a pre release sample from Underground Originals and bred by Old timer. I would grow from cuttings and knew my plants growth pattern well. I'd usually grow until the screen was about 60% full and then use the stretch to fill the rest with the screen. By harvest, it was an ocean of donkey dicks and nothing below the screen. The colas were all pretty uniform and very easy to clean. I had similar amount of space under my screen, and yes, it's a bitch. I Started before tents and had a room with reflective walls. I'd built my own wooden structure above my two tanks (I was hydro NFT i those days) with only about 8" of room between the tanks and the screen. The tanks and screen left about 12" of space down each side of the room, none at the end of the room and about 2 foot at the pump end of the tanks for me to do my mixing. If i stood up at the side of the grow, i could just reach the centre of the screen, bent over at full stretch; It about killed my back! To work on anything below the screen, i had to lie on my side, squeezed up between the tank side and the wall. It was a labor of love. I used to bang out around 52-550z from 2x600w sodiums every 12 weeks or so. Are you using LED's? I see a lot of people use supplementary side lighting with them and i guess having long tops are not such an issue.
Update with current time lapse of SMH indoor summer grow.
