Turned on CFL for 4 minutes in Flower Room

Because of daylight savings, I went in to my room an hour early. My intention was to swap out a reflector before it struck. So I get the reflector down and out, in 4 minutes before I realize the timer in the grow room says 5:00pm instead of 6:00pm. So I turned off the light (4ft 4bulb T8 CFL) that is positioned about 6 feet about the canape and above the reflectors, closed the door. I could have left the CFL's on for the next hour until the 1000watts fired up. Do you think this will interfere or cause damage?

I can assure you I've done much, much worse with no ill effects. I went nearly 2 weeks with a screwed up timer, figured it out, fixed it and kept on trucking without so much as a stray pollen sack.

Little boo boo's like yours are inconsequential.

I agree, the rookie mistakes I have made along the way would have decimated my plants if they were as fragile as many claim!

Very true! I drove my mentor nuts and still do at times with freak outs I ruined the girls.... Only to be told basically that: you didn't hurt em don't make a habit out of this.... To almost every screw up I had and the girl turned out to be a real dandy!!!
