no training really, except the plant in the 1st pic.
she was taller than the rest so I creased the mainstem about 10" down and
that lets the side branches catch up to the top and nearly halts the main stem from growing any further, its a nice thing i learned form adrift.
sometimes they stay laid over and sometimes they straighten back up, i let that one get back up.
its like topping,
you get the same effect but you still keep the main cola
