Trying to master propagation/cloning…what am I doing wrong now?

Well, I'll have to fabricate one of those ice chest AC units I saw on a youtube video cause I don't have any where I stay and although the summer officially starts June 20th in the hemispheres, the tropics are hot by the end of march till the end of september. It has been really bad timing on my behalf. If I had started the seeds in September I would've had plenty of time to propagate not having to worry about climate control. Now, the diluted nut thing I haven't tried just cause I'm using guano for nitrogen and like dready I want to avoid algae slime building up.Maybe if I had some soluble nuts I could try that.

I can't argue with success, but I would plant the cuttings in your medium as soon as I see any roots at all, even root nubs. I would never let them get long. The long roots are subject to damage when transplanted. Also, if you mist your cuttings, always do it with 4 Tbl 3% peroxide/gal., but I would avoid misting except on the day the cuttings are taken. After that, only if they wilt. You can also mist with Actinovate without the peroxide.

There are craploads of rooting methods that work, but the best advice I can give is low light during rooting. After the first day try to wean them off the dome as soon as you can. Good luck. -granger

I kinda disagree about transplanting with just root nubs. There is a sweet spot but it doesn't matter much cuz she's going into a nice big 4''x4'' pot. Bigger roots want a bigger pot:D. I never experience any stalls. No yellow leafs nothing. I prefer a little More than nubs when transplanting and typically transplant around that point. But I culled those genetics 'mother and am not sure what I'll do with them. But with aero cloners the roots are extremely hardy so even if they're longer they can handle a transplant with no stall.

finally got around to transplanting today

Edit: I did the math I believe these are day 12 in the cloner. Normally I'd scrape the side of the stem and it takes a day or two off my dialed system but no razorblades. That clone coulda been transplanted like 5 days ago lol, but as you can see even fully rooted and late to move. It still has NO yellowing and I have NOT given any nutes. I didn't even charge the coco I just flushed it with plain water real well upon transplant. When she dries up a bit shell get her first dose of very light nutes.
