Why because he wants to ban burning the American flag? I know it is protected by the first amendment but I agree with Trump. Other than that he wants to protect free speech and stop internet companies like FB from banning people. Trump is a champion of free speech.

You do know that your side, the commie left, already suppressed free speech the last 8 years and heavily the last 4. The democrats worked with Twitter, FaceBook and others to ban republicans from posting information against democrats. They have let colleges and universities block free speech. You voted for a treasonous, anti-American government and a vegetable president. I voted for the greatest president of all time.

I'm a mental midget but I know how to spell tariffs. Tariffs make the playing field level and lets American land based companies sell their product. When everybody has good jobs they can buy American and not depend on cheap Chinese crap. Tariffs make companies move back to the USA and give Americans jobs.
Tariffs can have positive results.

If Trump really wants to ban burning the flag, I wouldn't call him a champion of free speech.
Punishing people for doing that (if the flag is their own property) is not an act of protecting freedom.

It reminds me of something I read the other day about a town in Ontario getting hassled / fined for not flying a gay pride flag.

Preventing or insisting reluctant people do / don't do stuff with flags are two sides of the same coin and neither are about freedom of expression / free speech.
