If the material is harmful then, if you know from tests then I think you have to report it to the police also.

Actually, I meant the players in this thread. Extract Ninja, etc. Not much said over at F4200, either. I guess it's just going to fade away like TT had hoped.

The FDA is accepting comments from the public about this hearing here https://www.regulations.gov/docketBrowser?rpp=25&so=DESC&sb=commentDueDate&po=0&D=FDA-2019-N-1482

I'm sure that future4200 still reads this thread, also interns and lawyers probably. :) also ExtractNinja could be easily jimbro710 and/or windtrader2.

future4200 have you seen the facility they have?
Do you know of businesses used viscosity in your "gang", outside it?

And who are the major companies in the terpene sector? With what market share? Can that be guessed appropriately? I guess at this point I want to know that. I'll think of ways to "guess" income of private companies.

I have to admit this whole thing is kind of fun. I mean this process... from my standpoint like a weird text based adventure game :)

I just publicly kicked them out of the gang. Thousands of people, not in the gang, saw that. No I won't be going any further out of my way to tell people what they should or shouldn't do with their money or health

true terpenes still has you up as one of their sponsors, don think they got your memo:tiphat:

This is the right situation for a cnd letter.

https://trueterpenes.com/certificates/sds/VISCOSITY_SDS_True_Terpenes.pdf
Does anyone have the 11/01/2018 one, the unrevised? Also pages are missing, so I assume the last one was longer.

This new one has this:

This product has not been evaluated for safe use in e-cigarettes or any vaping application where the product(s) is/are intentionally vaporized and inhaled. True Terpenes has performed no testing on these products in e-cig/vaping applications. It is the sole responsibility of the individual(s) purchasing this product to assess its’ safety in the final application.
ANY VAPING APPLICATION?! Which would change some things just a little, but then if the old one does not have it? then, worth jackshit. Can someone post it? Actually I was thinking about this possibility, stating that "its not for human consumption but not harmful as we know." If the old one also have it they still lose in court, the whole page is based on vaping, and no large notes about the above, so anyone would assume its safe. Actually the disclaimer can "backfire" also. It is added at at 04/09/2019 because of this thread. This is actually evidence with the relabeling and the site "marketing" material paints a real bad picture about them.

Why the fvck even sell a product aimed for use in a vape application then.

Like selling car tires for a snowmobile.

I hope TT has a booth at the MI cannabiz cup or the cannaexpo. Its gonna be fun

The document also contradicts itself:
1.2 Recommended Use and Restrictions on Use: Concentrated Extracts which may be used for inhalation and ingestion in diluted form. This product is intended for use only by adults 21 or older. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing ...
The disclaimer states:
This product has not been evaluated for safe use in e-cigarettes or any vaping application where the product(s) is/are intentionally vaporized and inhaled.
Should be 12 pages long but it's 9.
It was done in a hurry I guess.

They just saying that they sell it for vaping but no one has done any testing to see if safe.

Thank you AgentPothead!

It has the same sentence in the disclaimer, but the document is lot different.

Recommended Use: Concentrated aromatic and flavor ingredient which may be used in flavor and fragrance compounds according to legal and IFRA or FEMA GRAS/FDA
guidelines.

I am so not a betting man, but in this case I'd make an exception, I bet they are guilty, and they need to be sued into oblivion asap.

The existence of the disclaimer(also on the original) opened up the possibility of legal action toward companies who used viscosity in their products and then sold them. So they are absolutely has in their best interest to sue TT, sooner the better.
