Awesome shots, Chaman. Things are looking Phat. Cool experiments with the wire and the 3 different aged plants in 1 pot.

ha ha. I had a similiar thing. I had always smoked and grown mexican and jamaicans and the odd other strains here and there. They had one of the rappers with his nose in a gallon ziplock full of weed. the weed was like a hashplant or something and was a neon green but from the distance the weed mostly looked white, and short round buds. I had never seen shit like that in my life. I had seen bricked commercial kindbud but it was red from all the hairs, not white. I'd seen golds, limes, emeralds, brown, purple, blue, but never white like that weed.

I was like "dumbass rappers. taking pictures smelling fake weed. what the hells wrong with them? that shit don't even look like weed" lol.

that was when your options were endo, outdo, or christmas tree. and "endo" has come a long way since then. You never see those skunk red hair beaster bricks anymore. still got beaster, but beaster used to be like the exact same shit everytime.

Anyway I got the jamaica section up at the UST but i couldn't find all that many good jamaican photos but I think I gave it a pretty good write up. still not finish with the mexico section

Wonderful shots Chaman! Love seeing the botanicals in your yard, seeing how you live. The roasted herb on the BBQ is a new one to me tho, lol!
Then to see the greenhouse is mindblowing! :yoinks:
Now we're talking sativas!
Took down my small Biddy Early yesterday. Not one spot of mold which is half the battle in my book! The Biddy Early came in 3rd @ the HTCC in '03 for best sativa and also won some other awards that yr for a sativa, but trimming her out I was thinking she had alot of NL in her, which belies her heretage. (Early Skunk X Warlock) Worlds away from what you're growing!
Happy all the same, esp the no mold part!

chaman - if the fruit is left under the orange trees it gets acidic - good point - and since in that plot where we are building no one has been working the land for a few years - i presume its possible it might have become acidic - i hope that wont cause problems for other trees i want to plant afterwards.

i got mandarine, a couple of lemon trees, a handfull orange trees, one ciruelo, one nispero (to be cut if there is no way to fix it up), and two (very) small date palm trees. :D

here the citrus trees give fuit spring/summer atleast the ones we got :D

very impressive dalat x china - a true monster plant if i ever seen one! those buds look HUGE!

Maybe I was too high or maybe I dream that....

but some days ago I imagine like a party of this thread, when we get all together and there were many types of mota, and we smoked and talk about every one of them, It was a cool dream, or day dream i don't know.
Chaman I can't wait for summer to smoke for the first time MY OWN puros, la cajeta q compre esta vez hasta que olia a quimico, me enfermó y todo, y el mop me enseño un capulloote de la buena, como de una cuarta y media(the cola), pero demasiada harina, no hay pa tanto. pero necesito dejar la cajeta por salud, ya como 10 años es mucho...
that good one I think that was a florida orange, some mounths ago I tryed some of that and It was pretty good...
Cool and waiting for the rain....

Glock,
I'm realy looking forward to the chance to try them ! they have been in the ground more or less since the same time as the huge monsters, if not mistaken they where put in mid jan or at least early febuary so they are nice and mature by now indeed and reek so fruity and nice jejeje I cut her down today and her sister with Thai Pataya....jeje and well will have too take my wifes shit a few weeks as I hung them in the bathroom in our bedrrom

Nice fatt buds i've waited so long for I just didnt' want to risk them getting any mold, i'm sure she'll understand jeje not.

Pipe line,
The wire was a spur of the moment "brian fart" if you will as I just like an oger saw the wire shoved it in and wraped the plant around it, jeje and it was all wilted and soft and the moment (maybe why it didn't snap or even bend to a fold sorta say) then gave her some water and litteraly sat and smoked 3 pipes before she was back up and sitting prety in her new position, each day she gets prettier i feel ;) I can bend her about too, jeje kinda cool

The 3 plants, jeej well I jsut stick a seed in here and there when I see a plant thats getting mature...yeha i know, i get lazy though with the ankle bitters so i rarely will dump the siol and remix jejej I just pop another seed in and keep going....figure these little ladies don't take up much anyway and their prety quick too, and wouldn't want to disturb a ladiy doing her thing, so I just add a few seeds in out side her shade at a time more or less that when I cut the most mature there is one to take her place agian ! jeje all this while i wait for the saly's Also the plants in the same contianer while also keep'n it small helps to realy keep them going quicker from harvest to harvest, every so often I dump and remix my soils, jeje but not before i've got a few other pots in rotation doing the same. pretty soon going on a 10month wait and still long long time to go for the big girls and the medium ones still got a while to dry, those take'n from 3-9months depending on the hybird, but these little ones take little less then 2 months sometimes so it's kinda sweet, and great smoke indeed but i've been getting lazy as hell smoke'n so much indica gentics jeje even fat....damn, yeah thats not been coolest part for me.

I didn't fully harvest as the tops are the best parts, and the bottom buds could always use a little longer ;) ejjeej but thats soon to go too, just leave'n the sexed female, and in about a week or two i'll pop a few more seeds under her agian....jeje can you tell i'm high off my rocker indeed. So far ive done sevaral generations in them pots with same soil and not noticed any difinicy, also I always leave the roots, just cutting as close as to the bottom I, leaven the roots to feed the new roots in a way. I'll add worm castings and feed a tea of bat guano now and then but nothing regular.

Motaco !
LOL ! jeje dude. jeje thats soo good to know i'm no the only one whos been so happy too learn there are so many types of cannabis to enjoy out there ! jeje it was nice with the sativas, but wow ! jeje yeah there are millions to choose from and try now....only bad thing is now a days kinda sucks that now everyone can identify ganja, in so many of its shapes and forms...bet les then 10yrs ago I could hav put rows of purple DC's in my front yard and had gotten remarks like "what a wonderful garden you have" jejejej now a days even a duck foot would be spotted !!! jej damn internet ;)

Hey ya'll ever get pulled over by a road sign ? jeje flash'n yellow arrow had me pull over....instead of change'n lanes i pulled over and waited a few secs before I realized how stupid I had been and understood the rest of the sign..."no in trafic from 6am-9am and from 5pm -7pm" jeje damn I just took another hit and laughed my ass off so hard I almost cried cuase suddenly I rememberd a Cheech and chong skit where the dude Chong as a dealer "gets pulled over by a street sign" but sat there for hrs and smoked up all of Cheeches shit he had been wait'n so long for. jeje guess you had to be there...

Highlighter,
jeje that Biddy Early sure indeed makes me want too bid in early for a good hit indeed !!! jeje I set a bid at about 3 buds of mine for one of those ;) Looks great, and realy good to hear about the mold not getting a taste of such a lovely bud.

Realy shines in the last pic, I bet the dried pick will kick some butt, don't forget too take a picture of it before it's all gone please.

Looks more sat dom, but very tight buds indeed, I bed sloid little nuggs once dry, prob a fruity pugnent smell, and when you hit the lighter too her she like un ravelds and seems too expand like bread in an oven then burn out nice and slow....jeje I've got too not take so many hits next time, damn jeje carried away left and right.

Bone,
Sounds like youve got your self a nice peace of land indeed ! I'm sure that there are several safe products if not composting over the areas for a while couldn't repair ph wise and nutrient wise. I've got several plams around the yard, jejeej wouldn't be right to live in tropical paradice with out your own palms ! jejeje need a hamoc....dogs have messed up the last too, jeje kinda miss the sound of the waves at times... but can't have it all I guess, least not yet but maybe a few yrs from now ;) lots of jungle moutninas with access to beautifull virgin beaches..

Aleph,
I've always wished to get a few toghters and have a good sesion, as I bet the conversations would be great and time would fly, but not as high as we ;) Truely its a good thing when several minds get to gether to think of one thing.

the cajeta here...it's been good and bad, as friends I work with will often pull out a joint on our smoke brakes, some times it's awfull, but I still smile, puff, give thanks and pass it...worse't marijuana is the marijauna you don't have ;) but sometimes they have been rather please' ing as they give me old memories of the "chocolatuda" of the past, or the "mango rosas"...but yeah moslty it's been some nasty shit ejjeje I've not had to buy any herbs in many yrs now....never realy did bck then ither...I'd buy a Qp sell too z's and smoke the other 2 for free. jeje those where some bad times come any major vacations as things would go extremly dry ,and you never know untill when, when something did pop up, it was gone in minlesimas de un segundo and a 3 to4x the average price....for SHIT !!! jeje man it was bad, I suffered so much literaly that I decided to grow in my grandmother back yard and tended plants on weekends if I was aloud to visit from the boarding school, till I gradualtesand moved out, jejej those where the best yrs...the first few yrs on my own, you could open the frige and ther was mota everywhere, mabe a milk in the back some where and some peanut butter and jelly but the rest was mota, everywhere my flor was covered in leafs, my bed was too...plants all over the yard and was just starting medical school...great times jeje

Pato,
Un gran abrazo ! I'm glad to know you still have some of my genetics to play with, specialy after all the new genetics you have too choose from ! I hope too see some pics soon, and that your in great health.

Realy hope'n the best for everyone,
Chaman

Ooh ya, love to see the Dalat X Yumen freshly drying! Damn wives! My wife is dissapproving of my hobby, hence the "guerilla patch" off the property. Every 4-5 yrs I do an indoor grow, but she hates it. Ahh well, I'm able to grow enough for my head as well as some for friends, that's all that's needed.
I 2nd bonecarver's "awesome pic", pipeline! As I clicked it on I was thinking the leaves looked like May Apple, but in the corner of my eye I saw your avatar, knew that was a pot leaf, and @ the same moment thought both pics were one in the same, and at THAT same moment the pic came up and I knew...such a stoner moment!
bonecarver, sounds like a wonderful spot you have. Alot of hard work and your dreams will be realized! I have a wonderful spot, but the laws being what they are, I try to abide. (Public trail on my southern boundary)

Harvested the bigger Biddy the other day, few spots of mold, but I got it in time and she was ready anyway, so all is good. After trimming I lit up a bowl of "finger hash" . My wife in the next room sez "I smell a skunk". Now we have many skunks coming into our yard @ nite, digging up grubs, so I don't know if she was joking or not, but I didn't smell any outdoor skunks!

1st brown pistils showing up on the Rocketwrecks, hope I can keep them going a few more wks. All depends on weather...

Pipe line thats a great pic indeed !! thanks for share'n that with us here my friend...yeah and wife hasn't been all that happy these days, jejeje but hell, a few days of her upset ain't nothing over the nice slow dried herbs i'm gona be smoke'n for a good while ! jejeje love it, so it's all good in the end...i'll be happier so she'll be happier, for now I just let her blow of steam I guess.

SuperBudz,
Thanks very kindly for the nice words, I turely do give thanks and praise everyday.

Bone, i'm sure the wait will be very much worth it !! sounds liek a beautifull place indeed ! ;) Can't wait to here when you finaly get to move into it !

High Lighter,
Man I can realy go back a hundred times to see those last pics you posted, such a lovely lady....jeje hope you will enjoy her very much indeed, can't wait too hear about your reports on her if you have any.

What are the laws about fence'n in your property ? I know its not cheap..but one of them down the line things if chances be kinda thing. here it's wierd to see a house thats not fenced in....it would be like in a gated cummunity place only...cuase other wise your like me want'n 3mter walls taht suround your home and yard, give'n privacy, unless you got a latter, a nieghbors roof top, or a heliCOPter. I remeber in virginia not ever seen a gate, unless it was a back yard...even then it was rare as most had unvisable fenceing for there dogs and such, and very low if an crime rate back then there was no need for fencing in a way. Here things are very beautyfull, there is alot of crime...seen that there is a substancial very low class, mostly imigrant which makes it worse to controll or have history on. Car accidents too...truely is sad how many people die on our streets, seen a bumber sticker the other day that made me litteraly is true.."Save a Life, teach a Costa Rican to drive"

Raco,
Thanks, your words mean alot too me my friend jejeje last night I was realy high as shit off your Delmonte, jeje posted a little about it in the Dalat thread as I poste my last pics after a brake i had taken jejeje, loved it.

Thanks for an opertunity to become a better grower try'n your various strians, as each new strian gives me more feeling for Cannabis in general.

Bone, jeje funny thign about the law eh ? I can't stand all that BS, but i try to teach my kids that some of it makes sence ;) ejjeej only real law is my wife I guess....jejej but I can bribe her ;) and after all she thinks she controlls me, but I controll the kids, jejeje and the kids controll her ;) so jeej thats why I got my plants in my bathroom hang'n jeje controll the kids man, your controll the house !! if you ain't got kids your screwed I guess...jeje it's all about how say.."Yes dear" in that case I guess...but I got kids, and she can't controll them jeje love it !!

Here are the plants freshly cut, this was last week sometime.

now about a week later...nice and slow, its the best way to dry i swear by this.

some mroe ;) jeje Think digital cameras are the best thign invented !! so much freedome and thigns you can play with, on my camera some of these with a digital zoom 4x look so awesome !! can get lost in a bud !!

First is....jeje well just what it looks like, several ladies ina bucket !! jeje love them hybirds, seen that several sativa cones in a bucket make a huge mess jeje, i'm not play'n ither there is such a huge diference...just inches from each other too.

Close ups on several more mature ones, ther are lots of hidden one under neath there too jeje all females :)

these in the bucket are lots of various seeds from crosses i've made unwantingly as males would cantaminate each other...so just through the seeds from a few here and there of the females I was smoke'n and got this ;) think'n I better start anthoer 2 buckets liek this and forget about the small ankle biters !!!

Chaman

Active member
then some of the Haze sisters ;)
these are tops of the mother plants, after 3rd cut back. and about 10months life....jeje damn still got a while, but the best part will be when they finish during my dry season !!!! liek it was ment too be almost, jsut wish it could have been the whole trees of them...jsut imagien such a harvest, then agian there is a such thing as too much of a good thing too.

Thai X Haze mother

Colombian X Haze Mother

First too cuts I took 9months ago !! Each of them is in its own 12oz cup jejeje and about little over 2 feet tall slender colas that I litteraly alomost kill between each watering !!! yeah they wilt to nastyness but guess what, they survive each test, and don't stress to hermie !!!!!!!!!!! Thank you my friend for share'n these with me...you know who you are.

Oh this is when you first walk in...kinda forgot about it before

Not easy to move around in there...

This is the Bangladesh X Colombian Clone

Another random top of the bang X Colo

Ankle biters agian...the middle one and the mature one are too be gone and should start seeds near where they where, but think the bucket idea works better

Her protectos an on of my many many friends as there seems too be lots ofthem in there...kinda freaky cause when I feel something on my back, I stay realy still till I can be sure what it is jeje normaly its just a leaf.

then here is Kayas new home...bitch. jejeje Tore up my dry box, and has me dry'n in my grow cab isntead cuase it's got doors so she can't get in...gona hae too fix this now and get her a nice bed to sleep in ;) after all shes give'n dadies plants CO2 !! and protecting them ;) 2 in one.

oh...if anyone is wonder'n why I didn't hang my plants upside down, well they have mold on the bottoms, if i flip them as it they dry the mold spors would be moer easy air born and would fall down to my better tops that are mold free, this way I figure shit drops too the floor more and keeps my better tops clean. The leafs fall on there own, not much to trim in the end to be realy honest when you waited right that is, if you cut them soon, then yeah there could be plenty to trim.

The ones out in the grow cab are dry'n lay'n down with plenty of air flow over and under them too, it's important not too crowd them as they dry. I've got fans in both areas (bath and grow cab) to help move air around so it's not stale, but not enought too mess with the ladies.

Blessed, hope the pics are enjoyed as much as I loved take'n them yesturday morning.
