Trippiest Strain?

robobond

Hello all,

Well was ponerding and thinking I might attempt an outdoor grow this season. Ive done some indoor grows with bagseed with some decent results. Now I want something in the trippier class of bud (sativa) and was wondering both what strain has these qualities the most and which would do best in my climate. I live in North Florida near the East coast. It's mostly temperate (I think its about 70 right now) however I'm unsure on when would be the best time to first plant. Thanks in advance and also sry if this is more suited to the growers section. Was more asking about the strain rather than growing just felt i should throw that question in while Im here.

Various Thais, Hazes, and Tropical African sativas sem to be the favorites for trippiest.

C99 seems to be a good strain for northern outdoor growers/indoor growers wanting at least a taste of the tropical sativa high, still not it, but getting there.

I've never grown it, but I have smoked it, and I remember Kali Mist being pretty trippy. Can't go wrong there.

Jack Herer is nice too.

I'd buy a pack of Super Silver Haze and select for a potent pheno. Could find something very trippy there and would finish well in your climate.

Plant after all danger of any frost.

I am not a growing expert or anything... but in my experience, harvesting anything earlier can REALLY make it trippy. But, trippy in a bad way... I harvested a Aurora Indica early and it just fucked me up, along with another friend who claimed he never had a bad experience from weed.

He said that for 5 hours he was questioning his life and how bad things were, and his existence...it was just stressful. I'm thinking it was a combination of a lot of things. I harvested the plant early, but I also used probably too much chemical fertilizers for bloom...and I think the plant just had some trippy chems in it. Who knows.

I'd go with something sativa, I've heard the Hazes are trippy. Is Durban Poison a haze? Supposedly, some of the african strains have something called THCV in them, its a form of THC that is especially psychoactive. I think you can google that.

Heirloom, the high will always be long lasting, it will just differ in intensity if you eat less.

the trippiest weed ive tried so far has to be nevilles haze.. it was the most enjoyable high, and my laughter was uncontrollable like i was shrooming or something..def the trippiest. :sasmokin:

hrumph... well i think also the reason it lasted so long was because I ate more before the first took affect, so it was staggered in my gut and gave me a steady release.

oh well, live and learn, it certainly was an experience :)
