Trim brown roots?

Im growing in canna coco,18 oz double cups,day 14 of veg,10 goji og's,10 jabbas stash,10 dream lotus,1 boss hog.I went out of town for the weekend,so my seedlings didnt get watered for 3 days.I use protekt every feeding so they didnt look too bad.But the roots that are growing out of the pots turned brown and are dying.Should I trim off the brown dying roots or let them be.Also Im using:
H&G coco a&b
roots excel
amino treatment
multi zen
algen extract
drip clean
protekt
sea green
super thrive

Are you sure one of your additives isn't making your roots brown? Besides the color how do they look? Do you see new root growth that is not brown?

The roots didnt turn brown until I let the coco completely dry out.Im not seeing any new growth yet.I will check again when the lights come back on.

I wouldn't trim them. wait it out and you should see new healthy roots coming out.
