Just wondering, do you guys go bye the bud or sugar leaves at trichomes when to pull?

Im in a greenhouse and i see visible amber on just sugar leaves, but have new white pistols shooting out with the tops pretty much brown with pistols,,,

The sugar leaves look like they have been sprayed since it being so amber looking, but i have not sprayed anything in my greenhouse.

Im rocking Sundae Driver, Its been almost 10 weeks since transplant. I messed up and didn't mark the date which i covered the GH,,, Its a light dep type of grow

Thanks

Hi mate ,

" you don't want to harvest leaves ,

so check the bud !!! "

sorry i' m not english native and just check about sugar leaves , after talking , perfect Lol ,
so if I understand sugar leaves are the littles leaves betwween your main bud ,

so you can see about them because some strains always do some new grow , and never stop ,
so sugar leaves are good indicators i think ...

Hope to help ...

i like to look at the tops and then i compare to buds that are a little lower. the tops always look mature first. i check the bud and not the leaves. it seems like most plants want 70 days from flip to me minimum.

Im seeing a lot of new pistols/white hairs, not toward the top of each buds

well i dunno. i have a couple strains that get all orange hairs and they still have a lot of time left according to the trichomes. then i have some where they keep making white hairs even when the trichomes are starting to amber up. a week or two before, i notice they stop looking extra sparkly and get a duller look to them from the white heads not reflecting light like a clear head trich does. that's when i start checking.

i have been putting in stakes in the pots to mark when they should be harvested at recently. that's helped a lot. i don't have to figure out how many weeks they are by the date of transplant. i just start checking around the date i wrote for mature trichs.
