These are testers for lonestar..........
Karen Widow: (Sharon Widow x T.Hammer)
Comrade: (W.Ruskaya x B.Russian)

i cracked 4 of each...only got 1 male, a comrade.......2 of the Comrades have insane hybrid vigor like ive never seen..........they are the repotted ones of course.....they have had nothing different.........the karens are growing a bit slower...kushy little bitches....they already stink in veg........k3, coincidentally the 3rd biggest karen......has dark red leaf undersides and a dark red stem that turns abruptly green an inch above the soil line.....as if it was taped and spray painted, WEIRD........k3 also has trichomes on the leaves (see green closeup).....i experimented with flipping and sexing them as soon as they were established (med. plant limits)...the com. showed quik and reverted right back to veg............the widows took twice as long to show sex and are still trying to throw pistils after 2 wks of 24hr light..........but they are finally back to veg growth for the most part.......the group pics have the comrades in the back row and kw's in front....all seeds were germed at once.........i will update through harvest...........thanks for peepin it my friends!..........gratitude and respect to my talented cannabrother Lonestar.........nf

Karen Widows: (first three are the unique kw3)

those are incredible plants and they radiate a truly magical aura.....i know it sounds hokey but there is just something different about those plants......that change in stem color is very cool indeed.....the morphology of those leaves is something the likes of which i have never seen.......they are truly unique......the internode spacing is very short indeed and i believe we will be seeing a bushy bushy plant here if you let it become a monster.....cuticle is very waxy indeed:::::kissass::::not to be a kissass or anything::kissass::::
notice how the angle of the leaves is tilted upward at around a 45 degree angle or so? well i think this angle might be an indication of how healthy and vigorous the plant is (though it may have something to do with genetics as well).....when you flip the lights into budding keep this angle in mind and see if the angle begins to change rather dramatically in response to the alteration of the light cycle......i have noticed this in many plants and am not sure why it occurs.....at first i thought the plant was "drooping" and needed to be watered or was being overwatered or something.....but i now suspect that the change in leaf angle is a response to the switch in light cycle......also i find if you switch from MG to HPS or vice versa the angle of the Cannabis leaves can change.....maybe the switch in angle is to provide a kind of "shield" against intense sunlight or insect predators or something......i wish we could see more research done on this subject............

thanks for the inspiring pics
sorry for the rant some of which is undoubtedly meaningless garble :cuss:

thank you my friends...........and guinea, all that garble was very meaningful to me!.........i believe the angle and stiffness of the leaves is called "turgor"..........or conversely.......lack of turgor.........and it is indeed related to health and vigor from what i understand...........i have been doing research on foliar feeding...and so far, i believe my plants have benefitted...it seems MANY popular additives are unable to be transported via the roots.....only by foliar feeding can many of the truly beneficial compounds (besides nutrients) be absorbed.....like what you ask?....i am no scientist and have only my personal opinions and results so i think ill leave it at that before i get attacked;)....cya guys.........more to follow.......nf

ps....i feel honored that some of you would call my photography/cultivation good......coming from some of the peeps i admire most, it means alot.....i learned it from yall!

...amino acids .......vitamins ......hormones .........enzymes .....beneficial fungi and bacteria.........not necessarily all seperately........many are combined in current retail products people can buy.....or properly brewed compost teas also have many of those i listed....i dont use dutch master (although i might test their new wetting agent) but the research on foliar feeding found on their site is eye opening....(done by UBC, i believe)....thats what got me sniffing around........i then did my own research into it.....and my plants are VERY happy i did.....in my opinion;)....nf
