Traveling to amsterdam for 4/20 looking for some advice.

Im 22 years old and heading there with my one friend of the same age. my main questions are:

Where are the best clubs and bars?

What hotels should i be looking at? price range $100-$250. looking for something close to clubs,bars, coffeshops.

Get your self a nice apartment in the city centre... Try Stay Amsterdam for some fancy apartments or the Greenhouse effect.nl for some cheaper options. Make sure it's smoker friendly first...Should say on the website. You lucky bugger....

3 nights with Stay amsterdam in a tokin apartment goes for about 3-400 for 3 nights. Thats between yas...Cheaper in other spots tho.... loads of nice places to visit and no shortage of coffeeshops. If ya can find it, get into the Bluebird. Always a nice selection of goodies....

I was 21 my first trip to AD, that was over 10 yrs ago & I remember it like it was yesterday....which is surprising cause I was very high! I've been back 4 more times since then & I usually stay at the same hotel, NH Grand Krasnopolsky (sp?). This is literally in the center of the city, in Dam Square....this makes navigating a lot easier. Also, if u go out the back entrance of the hotel u r in the Red Light district. I'm not sure of the cost these days, but I've paid anywhere from $100-$225 per night.

I dunno about clubs & bars, but coffee shops I can help with! A few blocks from Dam Square is Abraxes, good bud (Amnezia Haze is a great way to start ur day) & very chill club. Greenhouse & Barney's are very touristy, but they have good consistent bud (IMO) & good breakfast. Also, great bud & nice vibes at Amnesia and Grey Area...Green Place too. That's pretty much my short, but there r def more. Enjoy Piffd & take a hit for me!!

thanks for the help guys!....we wound up booking an apartment in the city centre for a decent price. i look forward to hitting up grey area and then endulging in a nice steak lol!
