transplanting while flowering

Can i still transplant to bigger pots while im in the flowering period?
My situation is this, i had to start flowering 'cause i was at 5 weeks veg (whitewidow) but they may be close to being rootbound.
why didnt i transplant right before going 12/12? 'Cause i dont wanna waste $$$ on soil to transplant them all, id like to wait until i know the males from the females.
This is my second full day of 12/12.

You have the right pots to do it. Let the plants dry down. Squeeze around the top lip of those pots, tip them out and the plant will come right out easily. Just set them into the fresh dirt and pack in around them. If you are careful they should not even know they have been transplanted.

Just be sure that you have the soil in the other pot before you start, and press it down. I also sex my plants before transplanting into the final pots to save on soil

yea u can do it..just make sure the whole plant is good and dry or else you could wind up wit it falling apart in your hands while you try an dlift her up. do it when its nice and dry that pretyt much gaurantees that it wont fall apart whlie your taking her out
