You can wait a little bit longer, they can go for at least 2 weeks in those pots, maybe more. to transplant, all you do is get a larger pot, remove the plant, dirt and all, preferably in one piece to new pot, set it in the center, and fill the spaces with more dirt, but loosely, do not compact your soil. You can technically place them under the big lights now, as long as they are not too close.

to transplant simple place your hand over the surface of the pot(have the plants stem between index and rude finger) flip the pot up side down and gently riggle the root ball out of the pot, then when thats done put the root ball into another bigger pot with soil already in it and flatten down..remeber to water it after transplant,i would say still another week or 2 untill ull need to transplant it.if your using fluros/cfls have i reccomend 24/0 light period,if using a MH,HID,HPS 18/6 and dont have it to close, what light are you using at the moment? try and get them a bit closer if u could looks to be a bit of stretch, anyway looking good :joint:

deefirl go on planetganja .com and in the growing section they have pics and really good instructions and pics of how/when to transpl;ant. In a nutshell, this is how I do it.I get an empty pot,the same size as the one I am transplanting, and use it as a guide/tool.You want to fill your larger pot with soil to the level where when you set in the smaller pot,it comes out about 1/2 inch lower than level,or level is cool. Now you want to use the empty pot as a tool putting it in the center and lightly pushing going clockwise and counterclockwise making small round indentation about 1/8 inch deep into the soil. When you remove the rootball it should fit perfectly into the indentation you made and stand straight up.Now you simply fill in the sides with soil, water and your done.Hope this helps a bit.

Its best to start in a small 4 inch pot (or 2 pints) and let the rootball fill the container before transplanting up,I always let the plant tell me when to transplant.I normally water every 4 th day when a p[lant is starting out in a container,a little more oftern when first starting out in 4 inch pots.As the plant gets larger,it'll start to require watering every third day then every other day, when it gets to where I must water every other day I know its time to transplant up a size, then it starts all over watering every fourth day. This is not a strict schedule and is designed to give you an idea about letting the plant communicate its needs, rather than guessing about watering times.Always water thoroughly until 100% saturation all the way through with a good bit of run off.
