Okey guys my babys are now 3 weeks old , feeded them once...at the moment they are in 5l pots adding 10 l soon...I was thinking on putting them into a mix of vermiculit , soil and something else? What i can found is either vermiculite or perlite , soil , worm casting , lime , epsom salts....give me a good mix from these(I can either use verm. or perl.

A good base mix is a good peat based soiless mix like Promix HP to which you add:

30% perlite (forget verm. it holds water while perlite creates air pockets which is what you want)
10% worm castings
2 TBS per gallon of mix of dolomite lime

Do not use cheap soil, you'll get more buds from a premium qualty soil mix that a poor one with all the emmendments in the world.
This is a good base mix and to me represents the essentials you'll need that you can't feed in their waterings with the same succcess.

Other goodies:

1TBS/gal blood meal
1TBS/gal bone meal
1TBS/gal kelp meal
1TBS/gal alfalfa meal (low N and lignin and carbs)
1TSP/gal epsom salts

there are alot of things you can add, such as guanos and liquid fish ferts, mushroom compost, sheep or chicken manure (easy to burn with these be carefull!!!), etc.

It's like making a soup, just make sure your not overdoing it.

I mus tell you- I just started using FFOF with 20% casting and 30% chunky perlite-wow, my plants have shown tremendous improvement.

I must swallow my pride and say that phvqving with the wrong soil mix as I have for hte past 16 months is just a waste of time.

It will take some time but when roots start to get established then your plants will start growing like crazy. They will be nice and healthy looking if you got the right nutrients in your soil.
